We introduce ourselves as “MATRIX MEDITEC (P) LTD.” We were established in 2004 in India at Ahmedabad, city known as pharmaceutical and textile hub of India We are into manufacturing & exporting of CE certified Orthopaedic implants and allied instruments. We have our state of the art manufacturing facilities spreading across the area of more than 25000 square feet. Our main objective is to give our patients and practitioners high quality products to their level of satisfaction.

Mr. Vipul Sheth, the founder & promoter of Matrix Meditec who has more than 20 years rich experience in field of Medical devices & healthcare. He is in manufacturing / trading of Intra ocular lenses, delivery system, ophthalmic solutions, ophthalmic equipments & instruments. He has been representing CARL ZEISS, Germanyacross the India for more than 12 years. He is also an exclusive distributor of AUROLAB (IOL manufacturer), India for Gujarat region. As far as association with orthopaedic field is concerned, he was representing SYNTHES, Switzerland, a global leader in orthopaedic implants for more than 10 years before entering in to manufacturing of Orthopedic Implants & Instruments. He has dedicated himself for nurturing & bringing Matrix Meditec to the level where world class products can be produced under one roof since 2004.

Matrix Meditec has been awarded an ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 13485: 2003 which is specially given to medical devices industry. Our manufacturing facility has been granted Indian FDA and all our products are approved by European Council (CE regulatory body) for sternly following Class II B medical device quality standards. Our ISO & CE certificates have been given by DET NORSKEY VERITAS (DNV) which is a globally reputed certified body especially in medical & healthcare field. We have been adhering to all the standard procedures prescribed in ISO & CE certification guidelines and hence we are able to track any product implanted across the globe.

Consistent quality and high degree of precision in every implant is a core element of Matrix’s philosophy. Therefore, we have been investing large chunk of capital in highly advanced imported machineries. We have deployed latest robotic machines & advanced CNC machines to achieve high degree of precision in our implants. We also have a special profile cutting machine to cut intrinsic anatomical shapes. The CNC machine with sliding head Swiss technology enables us to produce a range of screws in large volume. We also have dedicated CNC machines to take care of a range of implants and timely delivery. With the help of this large infrastructure we have been able to produce each and every product under one roof only.

We source our medical grade Stainless steel and Titanium bio compatible raw material from the metal industry’s reputed national & international players. All the incoming raw material passes through stringent lab analysis as per International standards of medical implants. We follow raw material standards ISO 5832-1 for Stain less steel implants and ISO 5832-3 for Titanium implants.

We are the only company in India manufacturing almost an entire spectrum of orthopaedic implants. With the help of our state of the art manufacturing facilities and our highly experienced team, we have executed various orders having customized implants. We are also trusted supplier of Government hospitals for specially designed complex implants for cancer affected patients.

We directly engage in exporting our products to more than 25 countries including European, Asian, Middle East & African regions and our portfolio has multiplied greatly in very short span of time.
