Raw material we use for manufacturing of Implants and Instruments are as per international specifications. For Implants we mainly use AISI-SS 316 L Grade, SS 316 L grade meeting ISO 5832-1 specification requirement, Pure Titanium and Titanium alloys complying with international ISO standards.

We avoid cold processing of material and always adapt processes that are hot worked as recommended internationally for implant material.

Each implant is electropolished with special material and process, installed by a German collaborated company.

Each implant is marked with laser marking for quality assurance and traceability.

Implants also available in individual packing with labels for direct order and use as per international standards.

Each and every product is ultrasonically cleaned before packing / dispatch to remove allergens.
